Pick up a special postcard at any participating Parker’s Alley retailer’s checkout counter. Then fill it out with your New Year’s resolution, wish or hope, and drop it in the Parker’s Alley Letters for Hope mailbox. Window Art Installation

In partnership with Design Core, three Detroit artists created festive window displays at 1401 Woodward Ave. Donovan Dewberry, Angela Cwayna and Ivory Alexander used various mediums to create this immersive, winter-themed window art that is picturesque and imaginative.

Lights at the Esplanade

Esplanade light installations are centered on winter trees, while statues and iceberg-inspired shapes line the edges of a socially-distanced walkway down Woodward Avenue. One-way paths have been established to provide a safe environment, and nearby seating is perfect for taking a break with a cup of hot cocoa.
