Taking place for the full month of September, we paired nine retailers with nine local artists to create installations in their storefronts in partnership with Design Core. Come check out local artists and retailers like: James Johnson @ Survived, Natalie Pryor @ The Lip Bar, Majesty Bland @ Rebel Nell, Laura Jamies @ Good Neighbor, Tony Whlgn @ Milk&Froth, Rick Williams @ Vibe Ride, Taylor Childs @ Throwback Home, Sherrie Savage @ Busted Bra, and more!

Come Downtown to enjoy a variety of giveaways and creative experiences—all part of Design Core’s Month of Design! Be sure to stop by Parker’s Alley to spin the wheel for a chance to win free gift cards* to downtown retailers starting at 12PM.

On September 23, come join local artists Uncle Tae and India Solomon for an exciting day of shopping and sipping in Downtown Detroit during the Month of Design. The artists will lead two tours through the city, visiting local stores and unique boutiques, all while sipping on special, Detroit brewed beer along the way. There will be special promotions & deals included, so be sure to click on the links to sign up and support our local businesses and art culture!

Bedrock has teamed up with BrandXR and Electrifly to bring an immersive, interactive art gallery to Downtown Detroit for the Month of Design. Building on years of content development, the Electrifly team has curated and created over 20 augmented reality experiences that extend some of Detroit’s most iconic murals painted by local legends and international names. Check back for unique events that will take place throughout the month of September.
